At Athena Outlet, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item, subject to product availability and eligibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • Returned in the original packaging whenever possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Instructions

  1. Ensure the sneakers are unused and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

  2. Place the item securely back into the original packaging, if available.

  3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Athena Outlet is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
